Return policy
1. Quality reasons: in accordance with Chinese national laws and regulations.
2. Non-quality reasons: If the file is damaged, it cannot be viewed normally. Accidental repeat purchase. Fully refundable.
In the following cases, non-quality reasons will not be returned or exchanged:
After the buyer finds that the file is damaged, the buyer sends the file that can be played;
3. Other situations where returns and exchanges are not accepted:
(1) Files that have been authorized to be viewed after purchase;
(2) Cases where the laws and regulations of other countries do not allow returns or exchanges.
4. Refunds: Refunds are made in the following ways, and the refund period is 7 working days (the seller will not bear the interest during this period).
(1) Individual buyers can use the original payment method to refund.
(2) Buyers of corporate type will be refunded by bank transfer or check.
